Kimberly was very warm and welcoming, she took the time to make sure I had everything I needed, and introduced me to Frankie, her dog. The whole place was very clean and homely, and is only a quick drive (or a fairly short walk) into downtown and the Amalie Arena, where I got to see the TB Lightning win! The house is also near the airport! Highly recommend!

Kimberly was super helpful to us dropping off our bags so we could get on with our day. She has a lovely home, and it was a real shame we only had 1 night there. Frankie, the French bulldog, was a wonderful host, and I would recommend giving him a visit!! It's a lovely home in a safe neighbourhood, and we will definitely return if in the hood again.

I enjoyed my stay, my little dog and I settled in, felt welcomed, and right at home. It was peaceful and quiet which is just what we needed! Everyone was very kind and friendly including her sweet dog! I loved the hardwood floors and the overall look of the house!

Beautiful home near the downtown, plenty restaurants and things to do. Nice room and clean bathroom that makes you feel really comfortable and cozy. Friendly and responsive host, I would 100% recommend it and definitely would book again!

Kimberly’s home is a great place to stay if you’re visiting the Tampa area. My boyfriend and I were here for a night while we went to Busch Gardens and it was very conveniently located (15min). The space was beautiful, clean, and even had a cute dog 🙂 Even though the room is within Kimberly’s home, it still felt private and like we had our own space. Would definitely stay here again!

Yes, guests can park on the grass area south of the driveway and in front of the privacy fence. Please avoid parking in the driveway in front of the entry gate.

Absolutely! We welcome up to two small pets under 40 lbs. Please ensure they are not left unattended without prior approval.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. However, guests may smoke outside, provided they dispose of smoking materials properly.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available for all guests. Network and password details will be provided upon check-in.

Each private room in our bungalow can comfortably accommodate two guests. If you require space for an additional guest, we offer the option to add a third guest for an extra $10 per night. For this arrangement, we provide a trifold mattress pad, complete with additional blankets and pillows, to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. This option allows for a flexible and convenient accommodation solution tailored to your needs.

Guests have access to kitchen amenities, but please note that the stove/oven is not available for guest use.

To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, we do not allow events or parties at the bungalow.

We have a specific cancellation policy in place. All paid prepayments are non-refundable, and cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled stay are not eligible for a refund.

Our accommodation consists of three meticulously designed private rooms, each offering a unique experience tailored to your comfort and relaxation. The Yellow Room features a double-sized bed with a plush Stearns and Foster mattress, the Peacock Room offers a queen-sized bed equipped with an organic Avocado Green mattress, and the Vintage Suite, a queen-sized master suite with a GelFlex Grid Purple hybrid mattress for unparalleled support. Each room grants access to a shared bathroom (with the Vintage Suite boasting its own private bathroom) and other common areas within the bungalow. These communal spaces are crafted to foster a warm and inviting atmosphere, enhancing your stay at Tampa Heights Bungalow with the perfect blend of privacy and community living.
